Terms of Use

Terms of Use

The rules of the road for using DryDock — the product, the 30-day refund, our content, and the laws that govern the agreement.

Accepting These Terms

By browsing this site, signing up for updates, or purchasing a DryDock, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy the product.

How DryDock Is — and Isn't — a Medical Device

DryDock is a comfort and hygiene accessory for men. It's not a medical device, it's not a treatment for any medical condition, and it's not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a specific condition you'd like addressed, please talk to your doctor.

We don't warrant the product against user misuse — stretching, cutting, exposing it to chemicals it wasn't designed for, or any other modification voids the refund and the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturing defects are covered by the SDR 30-day refund described below.

30-Day Refund (Short Version)

You have a full 30 days from your delivery date to return an unopened DryDock for a full refund — no questions asked. Defective or damaged items are replaced free of charge; we may ask for a photo of the defect before shipping the replacement.

Refund returns are issued to your original payment method. The full procedure — including how to start a return, what counts as "unopened," and how the prepaid USPS label works — is on our Shipping & Returns page; please read it before initiating a return.

Our Content Is Ours

The site copy, the DryDock name and logo, product photography, and product design are owned by RH LLC (operating as DryDock) or our licensors. You may browse, share, and link to them for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't scrape, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you're a journalist or reviewer who'd like to use our photography in a story about DryDock, email drydock@polsia.app and we'll usually say yes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DryDock's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the product or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost time, lost data, or travel expenses — even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of limitation; in those places, the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed by your local law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DryDock will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you're a consumer in a country with mandatory consumer-protection laws that give you the right to bring claims in your home courts, nothing in this section takes those rights away from you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, the business, or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the current version went live. Continued use of the site or the product after a change means you accept the new version.

If we make a material change — anything that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we'll announce it by email to subscribers on file at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
